Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is UPCODERS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Wawrzyńca Engestroma 10, 60-571 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7812090103, REGON 541840267, KRS 0001175084. You can contact us at contact@upcoders.cloud. This policy applies to https://upcoders.cloud.
2. Data we process
When you use the contact form, we receive your email address, optionally your phone number, and a record that you checked the required field concerning the privacy policy. The current form does not have a message field. If you email us directly, we may also process the contents of your message and any other information you choose to include.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if you request it, take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). In other cases, we handle correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We may retain correspondence where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form requires you to check the field concerning the privacy policy. Checking it does not amount to separate marketing consent or provide the legal basis for processing your enquiry. If we ask for separate consent for another purpose in the future, we will explain that purpose and allow you to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Recipients of data
The form uses Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a service that forwards submissions to our email inbox. Website hosting and email are provided by OVH (OVH Sp. z o.o., ul. Swobodna 1, 50-088 Wrocław, Poland) on servers in the European Union, so data may also be accessible to that provider. We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.
5. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and afterwards only for as long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or meet a legal obligation.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. Where the GDPR provides for it, you also have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. The scope of these rights depends on the legal basis and circumstances of processing.
To exercise your rights, email contact@upcoders.cloud. If you believe that the processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (https://uodo.gov.pl).
7. Whether you must provide data
Providing data through the form is voluntary, but an email address and checking the required field concerning the privacy policy are necessary to submit it. A phone number is optional. Without contact details, we may be unable to respond.
8. Browser storage and cookies
The website stores your chosen language in your browser's localStorage under the key upcoders.lang to remember your preference. You can remove this information in your browser settings. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Transfers outside the EEA
Data sent through the form may be processed by Web3Forms outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
10. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about website users based solely on automated processing or carry out profiling.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be available on this page. Last updated: 26.09.2026.
